Mitigation Project Manager
About the role
Our Mitigation Project Managers are the single point of accountability for each water, fire, mold and contents project, owning its success from initial contact through final completion. You’ll respond to new leads, consult with property owners, sell projects, develop job scopes, coordinate with field crews, track job costs and efficiency, and provide detailed documentation to our estimating team. As the customer’s primary point of contact, you’ll drive each project forward while ensuring communication, quality, profitability, and timelines remain on track. This role is for someone who takes ownership, solves problems, and makes sure every project reaches a clean, successful close. Also, here's some of what you WON'T be doing.... - Managing reconstruction projects - Writing or submitting estimates (leave that for the estimators) - Arguing with adjusters or dealing with TPA's (we do no TPA work)
